if you don't know what I'm going at with this image, it's a parody of the "CalArts" (and to a lesser extent, the "Tumblr") style of animation. (Steven Universe/Gumball/PPG 2016). (bean-shaped heads, pink noses, sausage-grins, no sharp edges)
I'm actually a huge fan of Gumball, the show that basically started this whole trend, but I can't think of any other CalArts art style show I actually like.
like seriously, can't we just go back to every cartoon having it's own unique style and flair?
